  1. I loved the Neotec 2, I did have a pressure point on my forehead with it until I massaged it out of the foam. After that it was like a slipper. Its heavy though but feels well built.
  2. Another shout out for Renntec and I also used a Triboseat cover for my R1 and they both worked a treat. Only adjusted the pre load on the forks to stop the dive when braking.
  3. Jeez these last 2 years ey? Where's delete! Saw some footage from Daniela and looks like it was in the lake district a few years back but a much larger scale. She said they are the only place able to stay open Hotel/restaurant wise! I need schnitzel so bad right now. Here's looking forward to a brighter future.
  4. Sadly I wont be able to make this trip , My condition isn't really improving at the rate I'd like it to. On top of that I wouldn't want to be a risk to you guys or anyone else. My hearts broken, but I need to do the right thing and try to fix myself. @Gerontious I can inform Daniela? Gerontious
  5. Truthfully its been utter shite! Holding a cup of tea can set it off but not having caffeine has worked wonders in the last 4 weeks or so. Also reducing my salt intake which retains water helps. So heading in the right direction and I hope it continues
  6. Rode my bike for the 2nd time in a year and a half! Officially diagnosed with Miniere's Disease has made it a challenge for sure but felt fine and I took my time (ish) Just need to be careful swinging my head around and no snodding a fellow bikers VFR seems a nice bike, still don't get vtec? its like an on/off switch and snatchy especially on corners but maybe that's just me. I do miss my GSA though.
  7. I remember you set off like a scalded cat (Your bike sounds like a lion btw @Gerontious ) after we stopped for fuel once and I nailed the GS trying to keep up with you all, not realizing at the time but maxed it out which was fun.
  8. I'm still in! Didnt realise my messages were full and not sure if it's jammed?
  9. From my daughter, cheeky little thing.

  11. Ok my year in a nutshell, I lost my Auntie due to heart issues at the beginning of this year and last year my mum got diagnosed with terminal cancer and said she may not make the year (I’ve seen her twice due to covid) – This has caused massive stress and anxiety for me to say the least. On top of that I’ve had 2 nasty Vertigo attacks which have taken months to get over, side effects being the ability to walk normally, really clouded head, extremely tired and so I can’t think to process anything which is adding to my stress and anxiety. Just before lockdown I sadly split from my Wife (Married 18 years). It was a shitty time to do this, but I really needed my space and to try to process everything that was going on in my life, Very difficult to walk away and not see my Daughter or doggies for 3 months! I had sold everything I owned to fund my wife and our daughter during lockdown as I was paying all the bills plus my own rent and bills for my new temporary accommodation which put a lot of strain on my finances especially with furlough. I’ve also been having allergic reactions to something. Top lip, bottom lip, cheeks! I’m putting it down to stress, but it could be anything. It’s been impossible to seek NHS help as you would expect given the current situation, we’re all facing and it’s only now I can try to seek help. Work wise, it’s hard living in the lakes at the moment, swarms of tourists of a new staycation era means a lot of people don’t give a sh*t about anything which makes the job very hard and demanding, plus a reduced income. I feel, extremely tired, I can’t really ride (Cycling or Motorcycling) which was my mental break from life. Lots of stress and anxiety on a daily basis. Never been depressed and I do always try to find the light at the end of the tunnel! I’ll keep cracking on in the meantime.
  12. I've only had 2 short rides with it on but compared to the Neotec 2, it's a better fit overall with zero pressure points. The Neotech I had to massage the foam in order for it to relieve the pressure on my forehead which after paying a premium for, was really disappointing especially after the GT Air was like a slipper for your head. The AGV doesn't feel better quality internally but you can flip the liner around depending on how hot your noggin is. The full carbon chin guard it a work of art though! Seems more aero with a larger internal visor which creates a little fogging due to it being so close to the nose, no biggie mind. Air flow is way better and i'll fit my old SMH10 on to it and see how it gets on. Did I mention it's light?
  13. Better i'd say, My first ride I took the ear plugs out as I couldn't hear the engine at all! A bit more sporty than the neotech and you can't really tell it's modular so the best of both worlds.
