1. Hi all long time no posting for me but I’m like Adam being that I’m six four and do agree that the sm did seem more appealing to me but in the end I went with an adventure bike in the form of the nc750x which only has 54 bhp and another bike I was considering was the cb500x which might be A2 compliant without a restriction kit (somebody more knowledgable will be along shortly) but I would again say check out adventure bikes Adam
2. When I was a kid the kitchen sink came in handy being the only man living with four women and only one bathroom
3. Would get the heat up quickly though
4. In all honesty mine is simply my name and year of birth
5. I know that this might sound ironic but what about good old fashioned unleaded in the drum burner
6. may i add as someone that suffers from crohn's disease i know where your coming from. as others have said have an emergency kit when i knew i would facing a possible stressful situation alter my diet to include lots of high fibre. but the most important thing is to relax and enjoy the day also if an oops moment happens then so what it can't be helped as worring about it just adds to stress levels which would make it more likely to happen so again relax and enjoy the day
7. Has any one noticed that this year there seems to be a very important tag missing from the list this year unless it was a tag in previous years but what about the national motorcycle museum And before anyone thinks otherwise I’ll say that Hoggs has done an excellent job on the tags as finding places of interest in Wales was a challenge in itself
8. I’m headed towards your way Richzx6r tomorrow as going to be riding from here in Pembroke upto darlington in “hopefully” glorious sunshine
9. As others have said Asda and Tesco usually have pay at pump and may I suggest Sainsbury’s as I know some of their stations also have pay at pump
10. My friend has an old car jack that he puts a bit of wood on the centres it under the frame of the bike and lifts the whole bike on that centre strong point there fore doesn’t have any weight on the springs and also does that to oil the chains as well
11. Reading through this thread I have to agree with Sans that I will say a lot of pre test training is to get you past the tests only. And there is a lot of post test training out there to cover all types of rider needs and wants like the path I’m currently working on to be a blood biker here in Pembrokeshire which is the enhanced rider scheme, biker down, first bike on scene and finally a full iams course to improve and extend my biker health and safety knowledge.
12. Two more tags on a 80 mile round trip Gwili railway museum West end cafe
