  2. Thinking the exact same thing. Searched through user's posts and 98% are asking for help and there's nothing wrong with that but perhaps give something back to the forum. Same reply to you mate, not being disrespectful but what harm is there in asking for a little advice.. as for donating, me and my partner donates enough to this country in taxes as we work full time.. Advice is free isn't it.. If you don't want to give it don't reply to my ads..

No disrespect to you or anyone else, I don't buy bikes to do up and sell on, I have 2 sons actually and 1 daughter, only 1 of my sons is interested in the bikes, I buy them as projects for me and him to do up then he rides them, I just thought that I would have asked for a little help on here as I can put my hands to many things but gets stuck when it comes to mechanical issues... So yes you are wrong in many ways, the only profit I get out of these bikes is a happy son at the end of it, so if buying bikes as projects for me and my son to do up is offending you, then I do apologise.. But will not be spoken down to when all I asked for was some advice!!

    hi all I picked up a 90cc dirtbike all the parts are there oil and fuel in it and new spark plug loads of compression in it but will not start but it sounds like if it will go after every kick over

    wiring

    hi to all agin , in need of some help to do wiring on a sukuda 90cc it is another bike I picked up for my projects for my boy well anyway , I need to now if any one knows how the wiring works coz looked at it and all are there ,all wiring set to the right colours like white and blue two white and blue and so on bt I have come across four green wirers and do not know which one gos with which coz the bike will not start for me

    can use heat to get them out ,or have them driiled out or do it your self if you can but I would say if your goer have that problem of looking for a answer I would settle for new if it can be afforded go luck in this
  7. forgot to say when I put the engine in gear the knocking will stop and I can not get it out of first gear f**k knows what I have done help
  8. hi all agin new problem here which is the gears I think my bike will start and run as it did before but there is a knocking like sound comeing from the back part of the engine I took the gear caseing off the other day and replaced a new spring for the kick start but I knocked the gear stick when the engine was open and I have semed to put it all back together but this knocking sound starts when the engine is running and it is making a knocking sound when I push the bike with the engine off or when I turn the fly wheel and one of this thanks

    no the engine was not all that warm ether and I put a little in the bore can it be the timeing at all

    the bike ran for around 20 seconds or so and the bike started to go slugy and I put the trotle up and it just cut out and then would not start agin with or with out the choke it is doing my nut in now and it as not started from the other day

    right ok done all you have said and it started twice but that was with the ckocke on and when I terned the ckocke off the bike just cut off and I did note that the kick start went all the way to the floor and I can push the kick start down with my hand with no effort can it be this , but sure the bike will not cut out if it is that can it

    did look at the spark plug but looked ok to me but I am no expert will try this tomorrow and let now of out come ,as I am up agin at 5 in morning to sunny Swindon for another day of work

    tried the mixture screw 1 and half turns but still the same and I have now tried it two turns and still the same , but I have felt a diffance in the compression on the kick start as from before as there is not a lot of go in it ,it feels like it wants to go but will not

    yes it was running well before I turned it and then it was having trouble starting but I do not have the original filter or exhaust on it but they are compatable to the py90

    yer the kick start will move fine as it used to ,do not want to sound thick here but how do I check the timeing , valves ,and compression on it but I did for get to say that I adjusted the the other srew on the carb next to the idle screw which when I terned it it turned the revs up and down on the engine can this be the problem and as there got to be a run setting on it

    hi all I am looking for some help here my sons py90 which is 4 stroke will not kick over ,checked the spark plug ,petrol , oil every thing seems fine I had it going once today with some effort and was running fine but just stoped and would not kick over agin any answers on this will be most welcome
  20. no never checked them before so i will check the oil in them do you have any good suggestions on a good oil at all and will let you now on this thanks for the info on it
  21. hi there thanks for a reply on i can not see any oil leak or could you say i may need to bleed the old oil and put new in but thinking of after puting the question up i was haveing trouble with the front break and i have adjusted the arm on the drum by riseing it a fuw notches up which the break works a lot better and have only seen it since then

    front forks

    hi all agin on here ,dose any one now why the front forks on my sons py90 seem to sag a little in which way i maen is they seem to go in about 1 1/2 inch when the bike gets sat on only seen this happening the last to weeks or so any info on this lads or ladies will be great
