  1. You can use a feeler guage pushed between the fork leg and the seal as per the utube vid
  2. Ride the bike normally but don't allow the engine to labour in higher gears,better to let the engine rev freely,don't ride for long periods on one throttle opening.

I think using a mobile phone whilst driving is unacceptable,surely nothing can be so important that puts peoples lives at risk, the texters really rile me,I was at a pedestrian crossing,a car stopped on the opposite lane,I looked to my right and a VW Golf was approaching.plenty of time to stop but never saw me or the fact there was a crossing.She was busy texting and drove straight through oblivious,a child may well have started to cross when the other car stopped,some of the punishments (fines) handed out for using a mobile are pathetic.

    +1 Use a proper chain lube or as I do 80w/90w gear oil
  8. Nice informative review,I'm not very well up with these bikes but will the bike start with the sidestand down if you pull the clutch in?

    Ok to use the Carlube in the CG, I use car oil in my bike Castrol GTX 10w/40 semi synth £10.00 4 LTRS at Wilkinsons,just avoid Energy conserving oil,these have a sticker on them http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=h ... Y&dur=1453
  10. Does it idle ok when cold (on choke)if so it could be a blocked pilot jet

  12. Take a look at the rear sprocket cush drive rubbers if it has any fitted
