    That will be the mounting base plate. Youll still need a rack for the bike companies like renntec should have them.

    If you already have a sports rack fitted on the bike then all you will need to buy is a topb box as most will har the fixing plate but read the product description first.

    Hi there been a wee while since ive been on here as ive been working hard. Im wanting to upgrade my brKes on my gsx1100f and was told that gsxr1000 calipers would fit does anyone know if this is the case. Thanks in advance john

    ive been told to use chemical metal apparently its like a epoxy resin and i can have it rubbed down for sprayin afterwards has anyone ever used it

    Hi there ive decided to restore and further customise a chopper i have. It seems the fuel tank has a leak at the seam of a weld and i wondered if anyone knew anywhere in scotland that does tank welding in scotland

    Hi there, i was taking my textile trousers off yesterday and snagged the thermal lining and burst the wee tab at the bottom of the leg that keeps the lining inside............... was wondering if anyone knew the best way to sew these back on do i need special thread.

    Went and carried out a bit of tlc and have decided im just gonna stay in the weathers totally crap here in north ayrshire.

    I have a 95 suzuki gsx1100f and i have finally got ma mrs to come on the bike wi me. However she doesnt feel comfy on the bike and i feel that a top box would help. The only sports racks i can find are over 150 quid i wondered if anyone knew of any other models that would fit or even someone with an old one kicking about for sale. Im a sterotypical tight scotsman so much cheapness is preferred lol. Hope some folks on the site can help.

    The original post was from a month ago mate Pop along to the Newbies and introduce yourself to the guys when you can.....you may find a few more guys local to you that'll be up for some rideouts...... ma bad ive been to the newbie section and dropped a few lines hopefully get out tomorrow and maybe sunday as well who knows thanks for the advice though
