    I quit my job!

Yeah, I am keeping hold of the password for now, which I can say is my old army number but aint no one going to guess that lol. However, being that I am the creator of the content and although I have signed a contract, this does not clarify an assignment of copyright, so if I right, I am still the legal owner of the pictures. For instance, if you had someone design a logo for your company and you paid them for it, if you don't get them to sign an assignment of copyright, they still own it. Thats my understanding of it. That being said, you are spot on. I have no intention to dirty my new business venture with old hassles so if push came to shove, I would submit the password but only if I went in there and typed it in myself and took the password off. I`m just making them sweat
  2. Found this really cool video while watching people do crazy shit on Live Leak http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=924_1399236185 Still have not worked out the embed thing yet
  3. Haha yeah, that was me and another lad they left behind. We only popped up the road to get some fuel and when we got back... the feckers had gone!!! All good though! Though, on the way to Brecon, the rider in front of me missed the turning and being the nice guy I am, I chased after her to tell her she is going the wrong way. 10 miles later, I managed to safely get her attention. Fantastic group of lads/lasses and enjoyed the day! Hmmm not sure about the Ludlow trip at the moment, ill keep you posted though

    I quit my job!

Yeah, I just thought it was my time to leave. I have since spoken to my other colleagues and apparently they are panicking because all of the library stock photos I did on photoshop (which took many many hours and days) are on an encrypted USB, and only I know the password. Will I tell them the password? Will I f**k Karma mother f**kers, Karma!

    I quit my job!

Thanks everyone. I guess some validation that I did the right thing is just what I needed Swallowing my pride was non negotiable, I just wont do it. Hopefully I has set a precedent that they cant get away with treating people like they do. Suing them for constructive dismissal is probably out of the question being that I will probably bump into them at trade shows. They are the type to kick up a fuss and I`m the type to drop the nut, so I dont want to navigate into bed feelings to be honest. I will get my business idea off the ground and I will then announce it to the forum. If it goes tits up, I wont say anything Thanks again

    I quit my job!

Rock and Roll!! hope its in direct competition with the idiots you left behind.. poach the two good staff and leave the rest to rot... Not directly but within the similar lines. Invariably, I will see them at trade shows. I`ll just offer them a great discount and mark up heavily, the filthy dick heads. Yep, I will keep in contact with 2 of them. Great laugh and good honest staff. The others can piss off to Syria before I care
  12. 120 mile round trip from the MOT. Where da fook do you live?
  13. I normally iron, then roll my trousers up and put them in a backpack. No creases! Good luck with the new job bro
  14. Did you go with BWDE? Yeah, I went and it was an awesome day. Was you there?
  15. I walked out of my job today and it feels awesome! I feel elated that I have broken the trap and now I am free. Its actually quite exciting, not knowing whats going to happen next. The company I work(ed) for are the most incompetent bunch of baboons around. Its run by a guy in his 70`s who just wants to get away from his wife. His son who is a director, is a complete twat, with zero management skills and throws his toys out the pram at any given second and the sons wife, who is "office manager", does not have a clue on how to manage, she cant even manage her own desk, let alone a company. Well, it all kicked off today. The "office manager" was changing things as per usual when invariably the shite hit the fan (due to incompetence) and I voiced my opinion because it just didn't make sense. So I was called into her office, she came pretty close to me, and was shouting about how I have to be argumentative about everything she says. Well, she talks utter bollocks anyways so therefore, I am always questioning. The the director came in to the office and began shouting at me as well saying that I should just do as I am told. It felt like I was in the fookin army. I just said, its ok, I will do it. No problem. Sat at my desk and I was clearly pissed off as the 2 ladies who I work in the office with (who are great by the way) was in utter surprise how it all escalated. I sat there doing nothing, staring into space trying to figure out, either a) I walk out and keep my pride b) I stay and swallow my pride c) Refunding every f**ker on PayPal, deleting all the ebay items and wiping my computer, then walking. (which seemed like the best option for a short while) and getting the keys to the van and driving the f**ker right into the building. I chose A (I have matured A LOT)... and regretting now I didn't choose C. I just got my helmet, my jacket. Rode off home, not saying a word. Though, I did tell the two ladies who work in the same office that I was going. I am in the process of starting my own company so this may have come at the right time to be honest. Lets see how things work out.
