Just a simple caution but they are treating me like i a criminal thats be convicted ... i have serval bits of paper work stating its a simple caution even a lettet saying that it shouldn't effect the job. Its the only thing on my record i stepped out of line i swung at him in fear, i am happy to share any information or screen shots names will be blurred and paper work to show info. If i had something to hide i wouldn't jump though hoops

Yes i have given all the paper work to proove what had happend a voice recording off the interview ive done everything that have asked and they refused me, its not a conviction so i don't understand why i am being treated this way

Hi, i am not sure where to start with this but 3 years ago i was having problems with a local lad, he bullied me for 8 years straight i was robbed burgled i had lots of issues with him and his friends. i seeked legal advice at the time he was giving a warning by the police later i got a harassment warning placed not long after that i was warned by police that he was going to stab me etc i had the proof went in to the police station. They couldn't do anything (even tho it stated where i lived and who i was.) so week later he approached my mum with his hands clenched so i belted him couple times ... but on CCTV it didn't go in my favor so i was giving a simple caution (telling off) i owned up to what i had done wrong. I went for a job 4 months ago and was given it (not actually started) so i put off other jobs i declared the caution i paid for my statements. then they told me nothing tallys up .... i went back to the police my caution letters state assault by beating my offence was common assault and my dbs says battery now the police are saying its all the same act section 39 1988. i have tried to have my wording changed but they have stated that these three are all the same ??? HUH UMM NOPE!! i purchased a butterworth police book BATTERY means i would of been convicted! imprisonment and had to pay the victim a fine.... witch none above ... going though the statements times and dates don't match up even on the recording i said the times was different. my question is how long is this going to effect my life ? can i go higher then the police to have this caution removed scratched or wording changed? Even if the chief constables assistant has refused the wording (with proof) how can i fight this? i have been utterly screwed over i've sold most of the bikes to live, waiting for this job, i am now job less i can't sign on because as i am FIX A bode everything has gone tits up, this job was keeping me positive i am sorry if it does not make a lot of sence (crap grammar and dyslexia) i don't usually let things get to me and share my public life on here, (not on social media so can't put a status for help lol) feel like the lad is still ruining my life.

Bike used to be parked down the side of the house and there garage so it echos so i moved it on the other side of the drive way facing the wall they still moan! They are so smug at the moment they think they own the cul de sac, they have family down here, also they now wont speak to me direct because i told them the law and i and i know my rights i told them to basicly do once very nicely calm no swearing telling them on private land they can't do jack sh!t so put up with the noise. So now they have been contacting land lord with lies. My bike hasn't moved for 3 days i apprently went out saturday and i hooned then bike out side there house ...... i was looking after my sisters kids at the weekend over side of hastings ??? I am buying a camera to record the bike at day time and night, i am also buying a small camera to go on my helmet I went to the police last year about the them, i had them on film at 2/4 in the morning getting out front having a party both neighbors denied this and said i made all the noise.... i showed the police the noise and we all was issued with a noise warning .... because that makes sense

Yeah next door, i spoke to the nasty little scrote with the 206 with a 5/6" bore exhaust he said he has neighbors moan all year round and past 4 years complaing and he put a louder exhaust on it since they moaned. He has no cat 3.5" all the way down to 5/6" back box sounds like a hunk of sh!t Ive got 94 miles left of my running rebuild i am guna get the running in done then change my exhaust to a full stainless system at the moment its an standard exhaust with catless. Cut down with a slip on stainless down pipe and r6 exhaustpro race (no performance issues because the bike was never fast in the first place 58mph with baffle with out baffle 60mph keeping it at 6k revs still running in

Yeah something with bit more grunt and go haha. I said to them to invest in some ear plugs or buy a new exhaust thats quiter

Hi wanted yamaha tzr parts anything considered also really would like to try get this yamaha as3 engine running looks like then interinals are all new. Wanted a as3/ta 125 loom unless someone can build me one just need a switch on and of and to make it run on the bench test

its got its stamp and if the neighbors keep moaning my solution is buy me a standard exhaust and ill use it.... but they have to pay for it. seems damn right fair but ill loose the love for my toy

i saw that before i posted on here. i seeked legal advice popped into local cop shop, they have told me theirs nothing for neighbors can do as i am not doing anything wrong its not out of the hours of noise. the desk jockys have also seen and heard the bike in person they didn't even hear my pull up ... i parked almost on the door ...... they looked it over no problems it has the stamps

since we last spoke that was the plan, i have a buyer lined up for the r125, once i pass my car test i am going to focus on DAS now i am at the right age for it finally :D

next time i go out i will video my bike warming up and then leaving.i have purchased bigger baffle and some more wadding i am going to repack my exhaust, its all legal i have spoken with the police and they have said i am not doing anything wrong. unless i am coming and going from 11pm to 7am, they can't do anything. i am going to look up the legal db reading for noise

i am at the bottom of a cul de sac, i was told they bullied the previous house owner out of the area (he had a loud sports car) theres another biker in the top of the cul de sac, comes home from work and revvs his bike then doesn't go out :S no ones complained about him. ( big biker gsxr) 3 doors up from him a another bike in his 60's old harley (no one complains to him) his bike idles and i can't even here my bike when running next to his.

Hi, all my neighbours keep complaing my bike is waken them up.... it has a baffle a foot long !!! Recently they said i was revving it early morning constantly the bike wasn't moved for 2 weeks plus when i did get it out let the bike idle put my bike gear on then leave this was at 12 i left home by 4 ?
