    Cutting out UPDATE

bit not like any cut out i've come across!! its a 1996 GSF1200 bandit i will come to a stop and it will, over the space of about 2 seconds, drop in revs then cut out.... it doesnt always do it though! also i noticed, when in gear with the clutch fully in, if i rev it, it will still pull foreward slightyl! makes me wonder if the clutch thing is making it stall at a standstill? its a hydraukic clutch so i dont see any way of adjusting it cheers all
