My ex finally moves out of the house I'm paying half of the mortgage on today. ......... We separated 5 years ago!! The mortgage on top of my maintenance was nearly 50% of my net income. Hard work but plenty in same boat. Now I only have to give a 3rd of my net income which is of course a dream come true ... Hmmmmm. I find bikes and alcohol a good pick me up. Maybe not at the same time though! Ha Good luck pal.

I did some challenge 100's today and it was great to get the bike out after winter. Got wrapped up nice and warm and saw some brilliant scenery and great roads in Northumberland Anyone fancy a ride soon? Maybe do some more tags or just go for a ride out?
