Nice one, thanks everyone - really helpful. Going to give it a twist this weekend, hopefully it won't need a new front end. Shall post an update with some pics.

Not quite an old classic, being a 2001 cg125, but am hoping the brains in this thread will share some wisdom. Gently introduced my Honda to the pavement a while back, and the forks are twisted. Still rides, just a bit wonky. Wanting to replace front forks and go for some added suspension. Imagine it's quite a big job, but am willing to make it as bike has sentimental value. Any reccommendations? Wanting to do this myself as am a new rider and want to learn. All advice welcome! Millie
