Anyone else on here going to Wootton Bassett on Mothering Sunday (14th March)? 10,000 plus bikes riding from Hllavington airfield through Wootton Bassett in memeory of our Afgan hero's

You pay to enter Poole Quay (£1 per time) All proceeds to charity. If you want you can pay £6 to cover the whole season (and bugger the charity) I would rather pay each time I go. I feel better in myself.

Over 7k bikes and nearly 10k people with pillions. Only worry is either the bike or I will overheat. I think it will be ok on the motorway, but getting off at the junction and getting to Wootton Bassett will be a nightmare. Still looking forward to showing my support. This is a good cause and will raise a lot of money for the charity.

Signed up and going. This will be good, bikers showing support for the armed forces and those that have lost their lives. Wootton Bassett isn't to far for us. The last count was 3500 bikes attending (about 5000 people including pillions) This will be raising £20k plus for a very good cause.

Calne bike show will be on Saturday the 25th July this year. If you haven't been you are missing something good. All ages of bikes on show, club ride ins and loads of bikes turn up to look at makes it for me. Cheers Kev

I've been a couple of times to the Shepton Mallet show and didn't think too much of it. We did pop over to Fowlers Saturday. Cups of tea, breakfasts and a quick look at whats on offer, then home for a beer. Is anyone from around the Trowbridge area? Cheers Kev

If you are thinking of Avebury, the pub is called the Red Lion and has a meet there every Wednesday evening during the summer. It also gets quite a few bikes in on a Sunday. It is between Devizes & Swindon Cheers Kev
