Was the same with my wife's old Giant hybrid which was mint condition. Went for £50 in the end but we needed the space. I think cycles are treated as throw away items now. Just lad a local guy service my bike its been on the road for years

A working weekend for me

It's been pretty miserable seems if we get I day of sun we get punished with a week of rain. I don't mind the cold if rhe sun is out. I hope next month gives us a break

Whaley Bridge dam incident was one of the reasons amongst others they decided to look at an alert idea. Would have been a bit messy if that went wrong and it was a bit labour intensive telling people to leave the area. Compound that with other global patterns and it makes sense I guess

Felt really tired this week full hours at work and caring for a mum with dementia daily along with cardio rehab leaves me drained. Consciously had a do what I want today wife and I had a late breakfast bought some bits for the garden and pretty much spent the day doing gentle gardening feel more chilled out. Maybe have the appetite for taking the bike out next weekend. Thus shitty grey weather's genuinely getting me down don't mind cold days with sunshine but I think we all deserve some decent weather

Maybe something like a zontes zt125g they get good reviews and seem well put together more so than a lot of other Chinese brands. Rather sums up modern life really. I use the train for my commute. I'm always conscious to put my bag between my legs or on my lap as I've only paid for one seat. However on the whole people tend to put their bags on other seats or their feet as they want the seat exclusively to themselves and earbuds in. I take great delight in asking them to move so I can sit down too! It's like when everyone rushes to push in to the train I happily wait it's less stressful than trying to push in front. As I often say I really don't like people that much

Worth shopping around I went to leave 3 for another smaller provider 3 matched the deal when I went to leave. Most will do some form of a deal to keep you I'm paying £7.50 per month with 12gb and unlimited calls and texts which works for me. For those that use a lot of social media Voxi which is Vodafone do some good cheap deals. The social media usage doesn't come off your gb usage either

Just looked at the bike today. Gutted I had an early finish from work but woke up in the night with sciatic pain, the sun is also shining. I was looking forward to a bimble out but took it easy in the garden. May have a glass of red wine too and do bugger all!
