  1. Hi there motorcycle people hope you are all safe and well.I have a strange request if there are any motorbike garages out there in the U.k.I want to fix up and get back on the road my Kawasaki Zzr1400 Fdfa. Its in my garage at the moment with a back wheel puncture needing a NEW M.O.T.Can any garage/workshop give me a price of what it would be to come pick up the bike, fix puncture and put a new m.o.t on it (its done 4 miles in a year since last m.o.t).I am just wondering how much including the dreaded V.A.T .Trying to get a good service down here in Cornwall is awkward to say the least the last place i know ( Thor Motorcycles Nr Bodmin ) put a new set of Batlax on the bike front and rear but i have only done about 50 or 60 miles since they did that back in pre lockdown times.rims still have the wheel grease on them and rubber pimples still on BOTH tyres.damm annoying having a puncture after so little milelage. So price please to take away,fix,m.o.t and for me to pick up.Cheers all stay safe from Bbt
  2. Hi there guys and girls i wonder if you could shed some light onto my new tyres but a problem with my back tyre.I had a set of news put on over 14/16 months ago have done 50/75 miles and when i was riding tyres were fine, leave in shed for couple days, back tyre deflates itself.last may was my MOT so bought new pump new valve caps and pumped back tyre up and took to MOT,passed with flying colours.rode it 2 and a half miles back home. Its a year forward bike has done 5 MILES tyre is flat again and because of replacement hips needed i cannot get the bike to a garage to figure out if the valve needs replacing to give me permanent inflated brand new tyre done 90 miles tops still with wheel grease on it from putting on of tyres or there is some very bad problem with the bridgestones i bought thats stopping the back tyre staying up.so PLEASE could do with some help and advice as to what people might think is the problem.i live in rural cornwall so trying to get the ZZr1400 special to a garage is near on impossible.thank you for reading this guys and girls any help VERY much appreciated

  7. Hi guys Kawasaki ZZr1400 Fdfa owner here looking for some advice on how to get to where my battery maybe as bike gone flat I saw a youtube video which showed some place where your keys went to unlock the seat then go from there. It was not a Zzr1400 it was a different kwaki than mine.someone says you have to remove side panels, rip off/open a cover then undo more dam bolts.I am not very tools/hands on and now the battery has gone wouldn't it be better to get a new li-ithium battery instead of taking a chance on a older battery gone flat and being charged ???.Every other bike I have had forever allways had it under the seat, this one on the Zzr1400 I just cannot figure it out.cheers guys hope to hear from you all soon
