  1. Well I thought I’d go back to the car this year when weather gets bad,,been to work in it once I just prefer to ride no matter what the weather.
  2. Thanks MY point was it's to be expected in exceptionally heavy rain. Oh right I’m with you now ,,, Does seem to be ok now to be honest
  3. Can I stop that happening or is it just one of them things that happen with heavy rain???
  4. Just been caught in a mega down pour and I mean mega water coming up through drains floods etc,,and my bike 650 bandit oil cooled started running rough and I had to keep up the revs as the exhaust sounded like it was blowing/misfiring slightly,,got home rain continued so I went to start bike, same again but then after ticking over for a minute or 2 it runs fine,,, Any ideas chaps??? Thanks Danny
  5. Brand new helmet,,and I wear an oxford cotton balaclava, I’m wondering if it’s because the drizzle got my glasses damp and that caused the whole thing. I’m hoping for same weather in morning and I will set off with visor shut down
  6. I had them open,,,never had it get condensation that bad ever
  7. Hi all,.this morning was first time I set off to work and had serious misting and fogging up of the visor. The weather here this morning was very misty and cold with a very very fine drizzle in the air. As soon as I set off I got the visor fogging up so opened it slightly but then as a glasses wearer my glasses then fogged up creating a big problem. The visor was just covered in condensation and so were my glasses. I have a pinlock fitted and helmet is a AGV k3sv,,, Luckily the roads at 5am were quite and I crawled to work but this situation was far from ideal and don’t want to have it again.. I’m just getting back in to riding as my post in the newbie forum explains so any advice is welcome. Thanks Danny
