  1. Not that easy bob in some cases. My 1st service should be at 600 miles. I took it in at 300 miles and it cost £159 Doesn't matter, I never had time in august to hit that mileage working 60 +hours per week due to shitting brexit , the family, dogs, looking after mother (cancer), bit of cycling etc... Time is very limited for me and others, do the best you can do in the time you have. Now if I was young free and single i'd have knocked off 600 miles in a week Cycling ? I hope you mean motorcycling ....
  2. Thanks, and will see what they say tomorrow ! It best be good!
  3. Sometimes name and shame is the best course of action after companies fail to rectify an issue in a reasonable timescale Oh I plan too. If my issue isn't rectified superbike factory will be all over the internet through social media, around 15 forums I use and a very well subscribed youtube channel. I will give my full account of my nightmare week buying a bike from them and the fairytales and lies they spun me to keep buying themselves more time. And I have documented proof which I will also post.
  4. Weirdly since posting on here the complaints handler got back to me on friday and has said he's now passed the case to his senior managers who will be in touch monday. So I'll see what they have to say before going into anymore details. Got to give them a chance to fix the issues ...
  5. I'm sorry but if my neighbour decided they had a problem with my bikes and started playing games. I would also start playing games with them. And I know who would win because I would terrorize the f*** out of them !
  6. Just to add to this thread ... I have also have had a nightmare with superbike factory. I've been told fairytales, ignored, point blank lied to and now after producing conclusive proof to their complaints department, they are ignoring me also ! Solicitor and trading standards next ! Avoid at all costs !
  7. Comes back with 154 results a popular subject I see ! Im having issues with them at the moment. To the point where I'm now going to take legal advise and involve trading standards. I just wondered if I was a one off or if they treat all their customers like something they found on the bottom of their shoe ?
  8. Hi guys, before going into massive details and boring everyone with nearly a month of story Has anyone else dealt with them ? If so how have you found them ? Thanks in advance !
  9. Hi all looking to tag along with fellow bikers around Derbyshire area if there are any ? Dont mind where too, slow or fast. I just love being on the bike
  10. Hi all took the zzr to ktech in overseal today. Introduced myself and The fella (sorry forgot his name ) but known as mr Hancock to my company. Came out and got to work ! He's got all of the suspension working in sync now, got sag and preload correct for my weight and did some adjusting of the various rebound and compression damping. Front and back. The bike feels 100% better ! It feels lighter in the corners, more nimble, stable and no more bottoming out of forks! He did say further improvements are available changing to stiffer fork springs as I carry a pillion quite often and they would help take the load. So a big thumbs up from me for Ktech! Thanks for all the advise so far. Will be picking brains about my triumph sprint on my next thread !
  11. Ktech will be able to stick some stiffer springs on it. That will and a huge difference. Will it need stiffer springs ? I assumed being a rather large bike it would already be sprung enough to take my weight plus a bit of luggage should I do a little travelling... I think what I'm more after is some nimbleness, I know it's a big bike but unbelievably has the exact wheelbase as my sprint RS ... and I absolutely bury that in corners
  12. Had a result yesterday! after a long chat with one of the directors of my company ( a fellow biker ) he pointed out our company has done work for the owner of Ktech suspension based in overseal about 15 min from me ! I called the fella at ktech said what company I was calling from and hey presto he said pop it round monday and he'll set it up ! Result ! I'll post again once it's been done to report on the difference
  13. Thanks for all the advise guys! I think I'll take it and get it set up professionally. Kings Norton is only an hour from me so I'll give them a ring today
  14. Cheers for the replies guys. I've tried google, it just leaves me with more questions than answers ! I think as soon as the weather improves I will set everything to medium and see how it feels. In the Kawasaki owners manual it states the suspension is set up for a 150lb man with no luggage .. the average man, 10.5 stone ? That must be the average Japanese man ! I've never adjusted sag before so might leave that to my service guy. It's going in for service in a around 4 weeks so can ask him to measure that with me then
