Just got back from the Brass Monkey Run menitoned above, this years total mileage is now ~250miles Very cold ride but enjoyable non the less!

So the roads have turned into petrol soaked gravel tracks, potholes the size of dinner plates, it rained constantly and was so foggy I couldn't see a damn thing. Out of interest how long had you had it for? I had a box helmet that started falling apart after 5 months, quite disconcerting when your safety gear starts crumbling in your hands
