  1. It certainly is possible... I think a few of us on here have done it. You need to know what they're looking for, so check out the test section here. The DSA also have a YouTube series about the Module 1 & Module 2 which is worth a look
  2. I've got the XR1100... it's a great fit & has great visibility, however it's quite noisy at 50+ & seems to have a massive visor! Mine came with a pinlock & the visor system is very easy to change.
  3. The first 2 letters (or letter) denote the area.. NW - North West N - North W - West SW - South West SE - South East E - East. Simples!
  4. Hein Gericke up on the Hanger Lane Gyratory is probably a good bet.
  5. If it'll turn over then that's the thing to do. Turn over repeatedly, then stop for a bit & then repeat over & over.. This should sort out the air bubble.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I think they're all the same, it's probably been pre-drilled to fit the posts or has the posts in already! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. £6k Triumph?! Lock it up in Streatham! Things like lamp posts/bike racks are fairly acceptable. I would go for the biggest-ass chain you can afford plus a disc lock (perhaps an alarmed one if the bike isn't alarmed) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. I don't think it's the fact it's difficult, you just need to know when to do your observations correctly. I would be worried if you couldn't pass it after riding a geared bike on the road for a while! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. I'd actually suggest training... I'm lucky in that I have emergency biker friends who have given me hints & tips but I still want to do a full IAM course for the bike (got a car one). Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I didn't have training for Mod1 or Mod2. It depends how confident you are on the bike & how good your highway code & riding skills are. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Well done sir! You'll find you get less heads turning on the R125 without L Plates! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. It's a shame, but good in a way, as you definitely want to concentrate on controls rather than directions for the most part; save that for the independent riding bit which, incidentally, is a doddle! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
