Don’t know where that is I could only find two fuses in a black box . Been taken to garage to have a look now thanks but

I’ve joined rac going to see if they can help not sure if it’s something they will do but I have technically broke down .

Yes mate the earth looks fine checked fuses and both are good too. I’ve tried to follow the cables to see where eles it could lead to and if any bad connections but can’t see anything . There was a bit of blueing on the connection from the ignition but still looks fine and a good connection if you know what I mean

It turns out not to be the battery checked it with multimeter and has good charge any idea what could be next

Rite that’s not bad then I was thinking because it said it was charged it must have been , got a new batter coming on Tuesday so going to try this and hope it sorts it just didn’t know if there is anything eles could cause this

Ok thanks il need to get some cable and try the bulb thing mate , and might try get a multimeter . My battery says fully charged on the charger but if the battery was crap would it still give false reading like that ?

Thanks for reply mate . Ok so what just like a normal bulb and a few wires ? Had all the connections off checked and put back together . nothing atall mate not a single light or nothing comes on completely dead .

Hi there , yet more problems with this bike. I’ve taken the battery out charged it put it back and to have no ignition or nothing completely dead , have checked the four fues in black box on left side under seat but don’t know if I’m missing some? And advice would be great , just my luck the bikes booked in Monday and I can’t even get the thing started to get it there

They look to be fine from what I can see and no the bikes only 6 month old done2000 miles can’t think what’s causing it

Back at it again now it’s Ideling at 4000 rpm any ideas what could be causing this and is it’s bad for the bike .

I’ve got it going now think it’s was just a little cold the engine management light is on but was told buy the garage that shouldn’t be a massive problem should be fine , the garage got it booked in for service in two weeks so will let them change plug and il try some fresh fuel in it

It’s fuel injection and the bike was cold but temperature outside wasn’t bad . Bike has been sitting for a while not moved ?? Any help be magic

It’s one of they ones I have been told to give it a good boot to get the fuel flowing well etc again but I can’t even get out of first gear and am worried I am going to eventually do more Damage to it

Yeah Ive the stand swtich but it’s not like a clean cut out like that would cause it’s going so far at so many revs then just dropping revs then starts spluttering and eventually dies

Mate I’m really not sure pretty crap when it comes to bikes think it’s a carb bit will need to double check

I have had my sinnis Apache stored in garage for last 2 month brought it out today to give it a wee run and it’s running rich and Smokey . Spoke to sinnis and they are going to look at it in mid February but guy said it could be cold still ? Will it do any damage trying to keep it running as it cuts out in gear and just dies ?

Aye I’ve spoke to a garage round the corner from me , not where I bought the bike. He said he’s can do it and keep the miles lower for my service book so going to get it in and sorted then after will do them my self , cheers

Yeah mate didn’t think the resale value was too great on them. I might just do them my self as in handy with spanner’s . So the oil and filters and plug when it needs but the only other thing is the chain tension I’ve had it 3 month not done it , I oil it roulghy once every 2 weeks . Is the chain Tension something easy enough to do

Ideal cheers and was thinking about doing it my self but was worried it might affect resale value if I was going to sell bike bit to be honest not sure they hold much value to re sale

Hi there , new to this forum . Hoping some one could tell me when to get my sinnis serviced , I have only had the bike around about 3 months from brand new but I want to try best to look after it and keep it running well. Thanks Fraser
