MT09SP

Hello I have just purchased an MT09 SP and I'm approx. 5ft5 (165cm) male. The bike sits just a little too high for comfort. Stationary, if I lean to the left I can flat foot just in front of the pedal (although the pedal dig into my calfs) but the tilt and weight of the bike is too much and its uncomfortable. To straddle the bike, I'm on the tippy toes. Looking at the manual and YouTube etc about the preloads, rebound, compression etc, I cannot see which setting will reduce the bike height? The bike is set up in its most comfortable setting. Is it possible to use the settings to reduce the overall height of the bike to the floor? Cheers for any advice. Paul.
