Hello I'm in Eastbourne, new to motorbike world but keen as mustard, only on a 125 right now practising for test early next year

hi, could anyone explain how I stop the choke coming ON while I'm riding, it should stay down OFF when engine warm but mime seems ro jump or vibrate into ON position which means pushing lever down while riding, bit of a hinderance at best. Please help eith any suggestions to fix this ?
