it's very interesting, very informative, very useful and, oh god, it makes my brain hurt soooooooo much!! i am sooooo not technical but i'll keep reading (my current lunchtime reading!) and, maybe one day, it'll save me a whole load of grief! t xx

perhaps you should email them back along the lines of "i have gone back to the shop, though it isnt their fault your equipment is dodgy, and they have offered a full refund which i shall spend with them on a different product!!" then they'll know that, by having a fair standard of customer service, the shop and their competitors win!! honestly, for all the email they sent you is correct in law, how pathetic not to say sorry to you that you've found their product lacking...thus, successfully ensuring you (and prob any readers of this thread) wont use them again! t xx

hey, the best of us play bridge - well, i'm learning - such a politely machievellian game should be played by all right-thinking people anyway, please excuse my butting in but, as this isnt a meet that requires bikes, could a newbie go?? i've been to the hartford marina with the puma bods so i know where it is... however, i dont want to push in, all over-excited-puppy-like so no offence taken if you say it's just for the proper bike peeps t xx
