It is to give your finger more support in a crash, most of the high end alpinestar gloves have the same thing. prob 90% of gloves on the market dont have them so just do what you want with them there your gloves

I went down the das route. costs were. theory £31 cbt £110 10 x 2hr lessons £499 mod 1 with bike hire £45.50 mod 2 with bike hire £105 so all in it was £790.50 I done it over 7weeks on my days off work 1 or 2 lessons a week and had never riden a bike before. it's all down to how much you've got and how long you want to wait. Thats good he's going to be ok, thats a bit of a ride from galashiels its about 2 hrs to dumbarton. you can let me know if you fancy coming tho. if not sure we'll get to meet up at some point

Can you not fit led bulbs they might be a bit brighter. Dont know only an idea
