  1. Take it up wth your local MP,i agree the laws of protection are very selective. The problem of people dying from brain injuries can be drastically reduced and enforced very quickly by making it law to wear a helmet. Sorted, done. Practical. Trying to prevent people from smoking is a huge problem, you ban the cigerettes you create an economic vaccum , a black market for unregulated dangerous cigerettes, what do you do with people who smoke and have a huge addiction? lock them up.Inpractical. What they are doing is making it unfashionable and antisocial so people frown upon smoking and society will talk themselves out of it eventually and then no Government will look like the bad guys who took you choice away.
  2. The laws are there to protect people from themselves, stop families from attending funerals and people endangering themselves. Consider it a deprivation of liberty order to protect us. Every UK citizen has the freedom of choice providing the acivity does not cause harm to themselves or harm to others.
  3. Worst helmet i owned, great styling but is like riding in a hurricane.
  4. I kinda feel for Pedrosa, was Stoners #2 and now he is Marquez #2 so even of he goes to Yamaha he will be Lorenzo's #2. Either way he is still competitive and on right day he can grab a win. Its not like Rossi dosnt deserve a factory bike but he just isnt 'there' anymore and id hate to see him get pushed out under pressure.
  5. Think the only way Jorge will win is a DNF from Marquez which tbh is never to be ruled in this sport. Who to replace Rossi? i would like to see Stefan Bradl or Scott Redding.... Rossi is a PR machine for Yamaha, when i look at Yamaha motogp page its got Rossi stuff all over, they should be sucking Jorge off for the upsets he has done to Honda.
  6. For me , the best rider this year, upped his game to match Marquez, fought back from injury now beating both repsol hondas, i point single handed with no help from Rossi, Yammaha need to drop the donkey. Im really hoping for Lorenzo to steal it in Valencia. Also id like to thank Espargro ( ? ) for his comedy bail that had me chuckling
  7. " mixture of road salt, brake dust and dead snails "
  8. was thinking of giving the seals and exposed pistons a smearing of RRG to protect them from the shite on road, such as salt , brake dust. Just a tad wary of any grease or oil next to rotors and pads, can anyone offer advise?
  9. ive been considering the same, as thundercat is killing my injured wrists though my partner seems to think im full of shit and just want a new bike! the cow!
  10. Agreed , should be Cals ride but meh Yamaha jerked him about, so Ducatis gain
  11. Ridiculous qualifier !! If the race is as good as qualifier il be very happy!!
  12. I agree the Honda is probably giving Marquez an edge between two different riding styles. Dani, well i think he is probably just in shock that he has more or less become the teams #2. Im thankful that Marquez is in MotoGP , i was excited to see him come as a replacement for Stoner as he is a very exciting rider, a little rough but makes it work, where Jorge is very clinical both superb riders just very different. Cal is doing great, an unforced error yesterday but he is pushing hard, he rarely has DNF now and we now expect to see him in forst two rows on race day at grid, which is fantastic for England and deserves recognition.
  13. Marquez....well either the other factory riders adjust riding styles or they are gona be left behind. Jorge and Dani looked utterly defeated in parc ferme, must be thinking what do we have to do.
