Yep, I'm not buying another K1200S. So, I've just bought another K1200S Love a good challenge My GS is 7 miles away in the garage (maybe...) and I feel stuck without it. I haven't ridden it in about 11 months so feeling a bit ancy. All this time and can't ride it

I'm quietly hopeful that we will be able to make this trip. It's been a stressful 18 months for me, and I am excited to spend time with friends who I don't see often enough! I need to get the bimmer out of the garage and run it up / clean it. Not been used since November... Beer time soon in the camp sites with my buddies

I recall that! Horrible experience that, really dislike diesel... The BMW was the saviour in that regard, it was more luck than judgement!

I'll keep that in mind. I have a week off before hand... The bike is being serviced today... I'm sure i'll triple that number fairly promptly

I got stupid busy at work and missed this... But, I think Rukka next year is a definite for me. This year i've shamelessly done less than 1000 miles... Which isn't good

I have my highly ventilated gear I bought last time. I need something warm & water proof. This might just be the ticket.

Are these worth it? Anything better about the new ones? My gear is RST & 6 years old. Time for a new setup... and £850 all in seems a good price....

Replied It’s in perfect condition. Used a handful of times when touring.

I have here my oxford tank bag. Don’t use it anymore. Call it £10 + whatever the p&p is? Smoke free home, still has the other colour insert bits.

Soooooo I feel it's been long enough that I should do something with the footage I took with the drone whilst we were out there! This trip is more about the riding than the touristy photographyness of "normal" holidays. And this captures this pretty well I feel I am so ready for next year! ">

2AM is an early finish, previous years have included this.. Me and Igloo stayed away from the pub this year, personally I was determined that the week was going to be about riding and enjoyment after putting a fair bit of work into getting the bike ready, and I found that curtailing the alcohol consumption and instead getting more sleep really did improve everything. I might look at all this footage one day soon Ahhhh me too, I did enjoy the riding much more this year, without the fog of alcohol hanging over my head!

Not mine [mention]smallfrowne[/mention] Rain has stopped play a bit today - currently chilling out having a nap trying to fix my calf muscle... which has taken a dislike to being on the GS for 300+ miles every day since Saturday....
