  2. nah the veggies were fine, and prize winning roses as well.
  3. ok a sensible suggestion, we had this problem in our back yard, we got in touch with the nearest zoo (it works) and got some Big cat poop and spread it into the flower beds, the buggers never came back, the veggies grew realy well too.
  4. The 2000k mark all behaving wonderfully a full tank of just 11.4 liters or 2 and a half gallons will get you 221 miles before hitting the reserve the bike is now 6 months old and i have to say that apart from earlyer problems witch i have ironed out it is behaving like a dream, i have lowered the idol speed and tweeked the mix and there is now a very nice sounding engine according to some old school biker freinds who incidentley dragged me out of a ditch after i had been thrown out of home when i was 14, they also put me through school and college raised me basicly. the vixen and the CM 125 parts are bolt for bolt interchangeable and the CM 250 engine slots straight in. tarah till 3000k
  5. active on two wheels erm yup me and the mister
  6. ive seen sooo many young peoples lives ruined by unrealistic relationships that its time the younger generations grew up and the pc/nanny mob got hung. relationships should be banned until the age of 30, that way people have had time to grow within them selves.
  7. wanted one of these when they first came on the scene never got one though. thanks for the review xx
  8. tell her she should grow the f up leave her a sharp knife and go out on the town on a binge drinking session when you come home if she aint killed her self throw the lieing bitch out. sorry but i work in a drag bar and tell it straight. ditch the bitch before your life ends.
  9. true enough, but ive never used it anyway, but yes be carefull to remember your side stand check befor starting off. thanks for the reminder big guy
  10. im 43, so if duel cway has barriers 70 no barriers 60 was when i did me car test back in the early 90s
  11. Your engines cutting out at odd times and is a bugger to start. oh woe is me fear not here is one of the solutions that works for me. 1 find the side stand switch and trace the wire under the engine. 2 cut the cable tie 3 pull out the plug and inspect the terminals. mine were grotty and coroaded. 4 cut the wires at the switch end off and discard the wire. 5 locate the other end of the socket the wire goes up the back of the engine and pull up behind the engine. 6 find the two wires that are the same in the socket mine were yellow with a red stripe, join them together some how, i pulled them out cut the connecting tabs off and spliced them together. 7 insulting tape to temperarily cover them, try to start the beast, bingo. 8 vasaline or other petrolium jelly in to the conector in large quantities. 9 plastic bag and large amounts of insulting tape so no damp water or other muck can get in. 10 cable tie the wire to the frame behind the air filter and Bobs your elderly relative. working bike. settings for carb mix screw (float bowl in the middle bugger to get to) 2 and a half turns out should be reving at 1200 to 1500 hope this is usefull to some others.
  12. ok just a quickie update one of the two problems with this bike is the starting and keep it started issue, this can be rectified quite easily by removing or relocating of the side stand cut out switch just about to do that now, for other stories about this bike go to the bike in a box blog. http://bikeinabox.blogspot.com/2009/03/ ... it-on.html im sure this guy has lost it but it makes an interesting read. see you at the 2000k mark.. love to all.
  13. people like him cost my other half his career on the then British rail, the driver will be breathalised and drug tested and then suspended pending investigation and to top it off haf to go through 18 months of counseling because they (him/her the driver ) will be scared to death because of the nightmares and probably loose the job. sorry if i rant on but my mr had two suicides whilst driving for br and that was umpteen years ago he still wakes up screaming from the nightmares. i hope this vid gets to the police and the stupid xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx gets locked up. sorry once again for the rant and my bad spelling.
