No, I didn't mean that at all. Merely just alluding to some of the newer makes on the block with ill-fitting interiors, and flimsy vent switches etc.

That's not good dude. What helmet is it. What is causing the injury. Badly designed padding/stitching? Is it new. Most helmets will give in time. Sounds arsy but you do get what you pay for. Mine is a Shark S900 @ £200 and is very comfy. And manufacturers do vary a little in size (eg. some AVG lids can be really tight)
