hi.. please could somebody help me.. i have a 2004 cbr 125.. i was bleeding the brakes the other day and had no problem with the front but access to the rear bleed nipple is restricted with the wheel and exhaust in the way.. i managed to loosen the bolt beneath the bleed nipple but trying to tighten it back up just isnt happening.. the spanner is slipping off the bolt and beggining to round it off so i cant tighten it back up.. if the bolts ruined am i goin to need a new calliper? or is there a way of getting it off and replacing the the bleed nipple and bolt.. or is there a trick of somehow tightening the bolt even if its damaged?.. any help you could give me would be much appreciated.. thank you

the bleed nipple doesnt go all the way in, you will still see some threads... normally about 1/2 turn after its finger tight..

sounds like your overtightening it...

otherwise get a deep 8mm socket, this should do the job..

look at the front ones to see what i mean...

if the bolts ruined, then undo the bolts that hold the caliper in place and get a mole grip ,on it (locking pliers/grips), then fit a new nipple, helps if you have one ready... and you'll need to re-bleed the brake.. and clean up any spilt fluid asap.. rinsing with a hose does the trick...
