when you post a reply above the box you type in you will see a tool bar click image them type in the address of your picture then click the image button again make sure you dont leave a space inbetween the text

for example

yourpictureurl this only works with images stored on the internet if you want to upload images from your pc

below the text box is a image uploader just browse your hard drive for the image and then click add the file

if you want to practice in this thread feel free i'll tidy it up later
