broken bit need the name of the part

Hi guys

problems this morning. got to the end of my road and the changed down and it didn't feel right so i got off n looked. well the bit that the gear changer and footpeg attaches to has snaped. probably weakened when i fell off a few weeks back. i need to know what this bit is called so i can get a new one ?

if it is 39110, in the pictuire, then it is the link rod,
