Change the sprockets with the chain on? I have been watching a few videos, looks fairly simple but I am a bit unsure about the re-aligning of the chain after? Any ideas/guides worth looking at?

its easy mate, you will need just whip the back wheel off and unscrew the old one stick new one on and put wheel back on.

but generally you will need to change chain as well unless its a track bike and you change sprockets depending on track.
