marksmith Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 Hi all,My girlfriend is going to be doing her Module 1 next week on a 750cc bike, prior to taking her Direct Access. She's been riding a 125 for a year and is already pretty good on the slow stuff on the small bike, and she has a half day booked with an instructor next week on the bigger bike anyway, but we're going to a private car park this weekend for a bit of practice, to give her a bit of a head start.I'm after the details of the Module 1 tests. How big is the figure-of-eight space, how long/wide is the avoidance test etc? Had a search but not been able to find it.Thanks!-Mark Quote

Aaron Posted April 15, 2010 Posted April 15, 2010 You get LOADS of space for figure of 8. Basically as long as you don't take the p*ss (you're allowed to go around the last yellow cone - slalom cones = yellow, figure 8 = blue).Slalom will be a bit tighter, but at the same time big bikes are much easier to ride, so it shouldn't be a problem.
