Guest Posted April 16, 2010 Posted April 16, 2010 lower the headlight, and remove the rev counter cable, then undo the screws that hold on the lower housing to access the cables, pull out light swap bulb.. TEST, then put back together.. Quote

Bill_on_a_bike Posted April 23, 2010 Posted April 23, 2010 Doesn't the ER 5 have some voltage regulation issues? Might it help to leave your headlamp on the whole time to draw a few amps? Quote
