No need to have uber long warm up times just wastes fuel! Quote

skatefreak Posted April 27, 2010 Posted April 27, 2010 Jst keep a peice of cardboard with you and put it over the rad That or a blanky for the engine!sorry, not useful i know heh.Although that being said, my nsr litterally never gets more than a few mm out of the blue so dosnt seem to warm up that much even after an hour of riding!Maybe its just a cool bike?-Jvr Quote
Roadtorque Posted April 27, 2010 Posted April 27, 2010 I would say about 5 miles to get every thing up to full working temperature, tyres maybe a bit longer,,,,, Quote
Voodoo Posted April 28, 2010 Posted April 28, 2010 If someone has removed the thermostat then it would take longer than normal. Quote
splinter Posted April 28, 2010 Author Posted April 28, 2010 sorted turns out its fine i didnt know the needle only gos quater of the way Quote
Guest Posted April 28, 2010 Posted April 28, 2010 Well i duno why your worrying about what the actual temp is, just play it by ear. When my bike rev's freely (as in doesn't almost flood and die) is when i ride off! Quote
