When I test rode my bike the clutch bit when the clutch was about half way out, but the lever was loose and wobbly so I asked them to sort it out for me before I picked it up. Now my clutch bites when the lever is virtually all the way out. I have given it a few weeks to get used to it but I hate it and want it back so it bites earlier. Is this possible and if so does anyone have some pointers on how to do it??

Depends on the lever.Either the top one here on a ratchet or the second with a lock nut.

If you have no play left then youl have to do it from the other end.

Just unscrew until you have about 5mm of free play

Unscrew the lock nut, unscrew main bolt until 5mm of play then tighten lock nut.
