mealexme Posted August 6, 2010 Posted August 6, 2010 Anyone heard of Carlube 2-Stroke Motorcycle Oil Xl 500ml before? (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Carlube-2-Strok ... 20&sr=1-47) it is cheap, looks too cheap. anyone used it before? is it any good? anyone know why there are two tubs? the description of this product is useless as someone just filled it in with "###########". I have tried looking for the answer myself briefly but thought it etter to come here and ask someone who has actually used it before.(sorry if the link is classed as advertising, if this is so, then i will gladly take the link down, or if it is taken down without me knowing, then type the name of the oil into a search engine and you will find out what i am on about)Thanks. j4ff Posted August 6, 2010 Posted August 6, 2010 Cheap stuff is a false economy as the better more expensive oils will prolong the life of your engine. Quote

Fozzie Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 Don't use it! For a 125 2-stroke I strongly suggest you use Putoline TTX. With all my 2-strokes they lasted longer than they did on even Castrol oil. Its just a better forumula and £12 isnt much to pay really. Quote
