yamaha sr 125 1993 (Lreg) chain link removal

hi there does anyone know how easy it is to remove the chain off a yamaha sr 125 and shorten the chain, what tools are needed etc as mine is at the end of its adjustment, cheers

Tools required;


Hacksaw.



Method.


Rub the hacksaw up and down repeatedly on the chain :)

EDIT: And as eastanglianbiker says, you don't shorten motorbike chains, its just not safe and isn't work the risk. It will cost you about £30 for a new chain and sprockets set off ebay.
