much as I hate cars I need a new one so would you :

Buy a 4 month old car with 12000!!! miles on the clock to save £1500


Would be really greatful for Any opinions :)

must of been a hire car to have that kind of mileage so soon i would of thought so lots of different people abusing.(driving). it. i wouldnt mind betting that around some main dealers you could get brand new for same money or very extra money which would be better bet

Interesting point ..just to add this is a 10/10 vehicle being sold by a citroen dealer who said the man Mr Taylor buys a new vehicle from them every 6 months and then trades them in with this kind of milage ? hence my confusion

this is a 10 plate C1 at 5999 where as normaly this age they are 7500 ish

Demonstrators put me off.


I dont know why that idea puts me off so much but I always see demonstrators as having been chucked around a bit. However as its a car and its probably been test driven by considerate people looking to make a serious purchase rather than testing an R1 to see how low you go then you should be alright!


So good purchase, and with the warranty etc you will be well looked after should anything fail for the next year or so.
