demise of sanity Posted February 25, 2011 Posted February 25, 2011 hey , sadly i failed my mod 1 today , with one fault , although major thats the only thing , i kncoekd a cone on the speedtrap , but i was doomed form the beginning , i used my Kawasaki Kh125 , and it came up itd have to go down as an A1 light motorcycle unless i can prove otherwise , it's 124 cc , can reach 65mph and the requirements are 120-125 cc , and be able to get to 62 mph. So if it the fact tis only 11mph thats the problem? Also i kep hearing rumours that next year we shall see Mod 1 abolished? Quote
Guest Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 Dont wait. The new EU directive is coming in, meaning that you will be restricted to a 125cc for 2 years, then either have to pass a test or do training, 47bhp for 2 years, then training/test. Quote

dingosteve Posted February 28, 2011 Posted February 28, 2011 I dont think been restricted to 125cc will achieve anything from my experience going from 125 then learning on 500 was two very different worlds Quote
