running Keihin CVK36's problem with one of them!

hi im running a set of Keihin CVK36's on a 2.0 pinto sorry i know its not a bike but!!! its got a great part from a great bike!!

bike carb setup (excure the mess and dirt no point cleaning it till im all done!

 

the question is .... i have got them setup, no.2 (its a set of four) when im at idle has not fuel coming through? (gunson color tune) the others are fine i have even wound the idle mix screw right the way out, still nothing but when i rev her up she runs like a dream? is there an idle jet? how hard is it to get to and clean?

plan on getting a bike soon just got to get the car running first!

Pilot jets are at the front of the float bowls mate, if they are Fireblade carbs. Be careful as they seize in and snap off!!!

 

ok as by the fron i guess you mean the slide end not the engine side? so if this is whats blocked can i just order a new bowl gasket drain bowl and get to them to gently clean with air can or carb cleaner?


any idea id someone has got a stripdown guide?


finally when you acclerate hard with these, do you get fuel coming out of them if on a bike? (a fine mist)
