Can you remind me of your plans for the weekend Sue and Ian. I am planning to arrive at Gills on Friday afternoon and leave late Sunday or early Monday morning. I haven't ridden in North Wales for over 20 years , so am hoping to get plenty of riding in??? as well as some serious socialising on Saturday night

Plans are really pretty flexible & relaxed really Mega - apart from the main social on the Saturday night  We've invited other friends to that. :D

I will do a meal for everyone on Saturday & Sunday teatime (or dinner time as I call it!) and will do bacon rolls on Sunday & Monday mornings.

No planned rideout as such, that'll be up to those that are here & what anyone fancies doing. There are several Challenge Tags within fairly easy reach and there is club racing on at Tonfanau on the Sunday if anyone fancies it!

I guess much will depend on how hung over people are!!

All we ask is that people head home after midday ish on the Monday as Rennie will need some kip before work on Monday night!!

Alan, you're over Kent way aren't you? if your riding over I really like the road between Pinkness green (Maidenhead) > Henley > Oxford > Banbury. I'll dig out the exact route later.

I'll be there Friday afternoon, all day Saturday and Sunday and Monday morning. Hoping to visit Ponderosa and I know some great North Wales roads as I lived there for 8 years. Will be nice to have a spiritted ride near some of my old haunts with you Cat and everybody else . If nobody else has planned a rideout on Saturday, I hope to head into the Berwyn mountains to Bala and then to Trawsfynydd and Snowdonia ???

We're looking forward to the weekend too, but getting increasingly concerned about getting the garden sorted for camping - grass needs cutting badly & it hasn't stopped raing for a week!!!

I very much doubt I'll be riding anywhere!

Megawatt's coming FRi by earlier arrangement.

It's open house from Sat noon.

I have no idea where we're going to park all the bikes

but we should be able to cram them in somewhere :D

It really needs to stop raining or you'll be camping in 3ft high wet grass

and dog shit
