XmisterIS Posted March 26, 2012 Share Posted March 26, 2012 Tonight, on the way home, I must not have clicked my cowl cover down properly after putting my disc lock away - and on the way home the damn thing fell off and went bouncing down the road.Luckily, I was able to turn round and go back to pick it up ... BUT ... it is covered in dints and scratches. It is the same colour as the rest of my bike: blue - but not standard SV blue, apparently it's a limited edition paint job.Where can I go to find out what paint code I need to get a colour match for my bike? Is there a website I can put my number plate into that will give me the paint code?And once I have the paint, how can I get the best looking repair, without having the thing re-sprayed?
