Why should it be a BH? what does it even mean? A few years ago no-one gave a shit about St George's day...

 

You're right, no-one did. IMO there's a lot of doom & gloom around these days so anything by way of a celebration to lift the spirits is a good idea!! :D



Having said that, I went with friends to the pub last night - they had laid on free chicken & chips, disco etc, decorated the place.


We all had a good night, but I'd be amazed if there were more than 30 people in there! :(

A few years ago a lot of people DID give a shite, thats just it why not now ????

'coz we get accused of being BNP or the national front if we celebrate St George's day. :D


I often wonder why it is we make a bigger deal of St Patrick's day than our own?
