Ok so a company who will remain anonymous recieved a part from my motorcycle over the post to fix it. I forgot to enclose any doecuments, so I recieved an email. The email informed me that my part was not an OEM part, and that it was of poor quality, so no garentee could be given. To which I replied... that I was aware the part was not an OEM part, as I purchased it from their website.

Deary Me.

Part quality issues aside, the customer service aspect has been good so far, with an email being sent quickly. So other than the slight awkward slip up... They have been ok.

And yeah... I am not sure that you could get anything better than that outside of television lol.
