No not Wallace and Gromitt just me learning to ride. Considering I was apprehensive of the height of the new bikes being a short arse, I had a two hour lesson today on the Schools kwak er6 and had a good ride out on the road with the instructor. We took a ride out of town and got a bit of speed up and then back into town riding with the traffic. I feel pretty confident on the ER6 now and am finding it much easier to handle than the Suzuki 500's they use. My instructor said he was impressed with my road craft and handling of the bike and has stated next week we will run through the slow manoeuvres and then put me in for my MOD 1. Whoo hoo at last! It seems strange that the ER6 is a heavier slightly taller bike than the Suzuki but I feel much more comfortable with it? Well not complaining as I am getting on well and feel confident about the MOD2 so will see what next week goes like. And I have just got to add, what a beautiful day it was for biking today.

Nice one mate....glad it went well for you........nothing better than a good run out on a bike....... 8-)

This is why it's so difficult to answer guys when they ask "which bike".....because it really boils down to what bikes do you like....and what are they like to ride.....only you can answer those questions......
