Which brake lines?

So I've recently discovered that my VFR needs new brake lines so I've had a look to see what is available and I am just wondering what would be best or at least what to avoid?

This is what I have found so far:

Goodridge stainless steel front brake line race kit £45.98

BTR Race front brake line kit £50

Hel race layout brake lines £59.24

Galfer stainless braided front brake lines £45.95

Wezmoto brake line kit stainless steel £63

I've only heard of Goodridge and Hel so input/advice appreciated!

I've used both Goodridge and Hel brake lines in the past and found them both very good, given the price difference, I'd go for the Goodridge ones :thumb:

Is it worth upgrading the rear line? there is nothing wrong with the one thats on it (standard), just the guy fitting the front quoted me for fitting front only or front and rear and there is not much in it. £24 for a new rear line :/

personally I would while your at it

Personally I wouldn't, I know someone who had steel lines for the rear damn thing locked up all the time, don't think rear needs it tbh.

I have got one on mine and don't lock it up but then I must know how to use my brakes!

I've got a Hel line on the back of the Suzuki, it will lock quite easily if you stomp on it, but then you shouldn't really be doing that, unless you like seeing smoke and tread coming off your expensive tyres :?:

There is every possibility he didn't :)

However if it doesn't need changing why bother the power the back brake needs is minimal, some don't even use it except like a handbrake was more my point.
