I've helped 2 of my friends move abroad by being the van driver for them, im 23 so most companies just laughed at me and said i cant get insured. I found all the "big" companies were the same, europcar, rabbits and all the well advertised companies were expensive, wouldnt insure me and didnt offer euro cover either. start searching around for the smaller business' If you were local to here i could reccomend a few but afraid i dont know any in leicester. also if its just for a short period staying in this country, try BandQ as they do van hire for people to move house/flat in and its pretty cheap apparantly.
