guitarman
Mainly tea some coffee. I did try to give up caffeine earlier this year and drank de-caff tea but then they bought a new coffee machine at the office and the coffee that produces is gorgeous but no de-caff so I'm no longer clean of caffeine. techno
Caffeine is supposed to be excellent for a pre workout boost, so should help surely at the start of a working day

Grumpy Old Git
I refuse to drink coffee....Those damn Yanks threw all of that lovely tea in the sea...then the retards forgot to add the milk and sugar...Tea is a brilliantly refreshing drink for gentlemen and gentlewomen...coffee is for commoners / morons / scooter riders / Chavs / elephant seals / the Pope
