YBR125 - Sprocket change

Looking to add a little more torque to my YBR125, my commute only has a max speed of 50 so the top end should still be more than enough if I was to change the sprocket. My question is, what sprocket should I be changing to to add more acceleration and will this affect my insurance?

Cheers for any help, still a new rider hence why I just wanna get some opinions before I go ahead and spend any ££

What sprockets does it have currently (how many teeth).

I went -1 tooth on the front and +3 on the back. But that's on a 600cc bike so probably way too drastic on a 125cc bike.

Coupled with the quick action throttle the reduced ratios make the bike feel much more lively.
