Guest Posted November 15, 2014 Share Posted November 15, 2014 My alarm has starting making a "Boop" noise after its 2 arming beeps.Manual says it's arming with an "open contact".What's that all about? I have teo on my rider seat as you can just take it off with a couple of allen bolts and then theres the battery and ecu soas soon as mu seat is removed the alarm goes off. Perhaos that's what it was... I'll have another, more thorough look tomorrow. So it's going to be two sensors that aren't touching each other then? Guest Posted November 15, 2014 Share Posted November 15, 2014 So it's going to be two sensors that aren't touching each other then? more than likely.. an open contact on a bike is probably (though not definitely) the same as one in a house alarm.. where you try to set the alarm but it tells you a door or window isn't closed.
