asharin Posted October 2, 2015 Author Share Posted October 2, 2015 She was a mentalist, oh well lesson learned.It get's worse though..Yesterday I was called into the office and suspended on full pay pending an investigation. They said it could bring the clients company name, and our company name into disrepute. Not sure how if the company names aren't mentioned, at no point in the documentary (badly edited as it is) does it mention who I work for.. Anyway, am I screwed? Have any clients mentioned they saw you on TV?Unless your appearance has had a direct impact on company profits or reputation, or your terms of employment specifically prevent you earning money from other sources, or your webcam stuff pose a true conflict of interest (unlikely) I suspect they'll find it very difficult to terminate your contract.If they do, take it straight to tribunal and take them for every penny they have!
